Andrew and Christa Doub’s Wedding Reception Was So Much Fun!!

Happy New Year! We have had a busy couple of months between holiday photos and cards, weddings and newborn sessions.

We were so happy to be a part of Andrew and Christa Doub’s wedding reception and had the pleasure of taking their engagement photos also! Andrew and Christa had their wedding in the Caribbean and then came home to a December 17th reception! Christa’s family has a wedding cake and flower business, so the cake was the centerpiece of the reception decor! The lighting at the reception was also fabulous and so colorful. Michelle was honored to be a part of this day. Christa’s sister, Shannon is one of her best friends from childhood. Here are some of the photos that captured this special day!!

Photo Shoots With Some of Our Littlest Clients

We love doing newborn shoots- there is something so precious during those first few weeks that just needs to be captured. We also love it when our littlest ones come back a few months later for their 3-4 month shoot. It’s amazing to see how they’ve grown, changed and developed a personality during those few short months!

We had the pleasure of shooting two families and their 4 month old kiddos this past month. The boys were so cute and so great to work with as were their families!

We recently had the opportunity to photograph the adorable Chenh family! Trung, Erin, Matt and new baby Hannah were a joy to work with. Hannah was so tiny and slept the whole time! Erin and Michelle grew up together so it was so wonderful to capture the memories for a great friend!

Snacks & Photos with Santa Event

We are proud to be involved in such a wonderful event supporting the Aidan Brown foundation to help buy iPads for children in Indiana battling cancer. The foundation was started after Aidan was diagnosed with Stage 4 Neuroblastoma days before his 5th birthday. He is now six years old, with a full head of hair and has “No evidence of disease.”

This event is on November 13, 2011 from 1-4 pm. at the Carmel Firehouse at 540 W 136th St.

Michelle Tiek Photography & Design will be taking photos of kids with Santa for a minimum donation of $20 per child. Digital images of photos will be emailed to you to produce and use as you wish. Sweets will also be served.
